We spend way too much time changing our current layer in (insert your CAD tool of choice!). Wouldn’t be great if you could easily assign a layer to your various object types? Maybe you want your dimensions to always go on a Dimension layer, or your text to always go on a Text layer. Better yet — do you want your Viewports to always go on a layer that doesn’t print?
